I have been trying to contact sales representative Leidys for 2 weeks. No response on email, voicemail, messages left with receptionist. I have never had to beg someone to call me back to give them my business. This company has forced me to look elsewhere. The last thing I would want is to have to chase them down after giving a substantial amount of money.

They don't answer the phones, is only a machine, how do you expect to do business, you guys don't answer, I'll been calling and calling, left messages, nobody returns phone calls or messages.

It's a pity that Eco Windows has let this company work on its products, good quality but poor handling, lousy installation, poor finish, horrible, more than 6 inspections and the work was not finished, after three months still parts not installed.

After visiting several companies for remodeling our house, a friend of us recommended Unity Windows. From the first phone call we had with Laidys, we knew that Unity Windows was the company we wanted to work with. Production and delivery times were as we agreed from the beginning. In fact my Community Association took longer to give the permits than the City of Doral.
