If you respect your self you do not go to this facility after they let me wait for 18 hours to get unloaded I asked them to use their bathroom. They refused they said we do not have a bathroom do you believe that business with no bathroom how the authority let business like this even exist.

I have been trying to contact sales representative Leidys for 2 weeks. No response on email, voicemail, messages left with receptionist. I have never had to beg someone to call me back to give them my business. This company has forced me to look elsewhere. The last thing I would want is to have to chase them down after giving a substantial amount of money.

They don't answer the phones, is only a machine, how do you expect to do business, you guys don't answer, I'll been calling and calling, left messages, nobody returns phone calls or messages.

It's a pity that Eco Windows has let this company work on its products, good quality but poor handling, lousy installation, poor finish, horrible, more than 6 inspections and the work was not finished, after three months still parts not installed.
