Ah great place. Took me in right away. Got me all fixed up within an hour hour and a half.Set me home with the proper medications and stuff that I needed for my c o p d asthma . Very grateful they were here.I did not have to take an ambulance ride today. Doctor and staff excellent, very knowledgeable compassion. Empathy great stuff good people.
I went for the first time this evening and was seen by Dr. Ver. I had seen a provider at UR earlier who completely disregarded my concerns and was feeling defeated. He came in and actually listened to me and did a thorough assessment so that he could formulate the best treatment plan. Not only did he provide objectively good medical care, he made me feel heard and more at ease. I would absolutely go back and see him if I needed to in the future. The nursing staff was very kind as well.
Although the wait was kinda long. Which in my case i just took a nap. I mean i was tired..🤷♂️ but the staff was patient with me, they even came to wake me up instead of skipping over me. (Thank you guys) and both people who treated me or the ones who saw me while i was in the back were two of the nicest women. One i told i have to give an Allstate shirt to because she had me feeling like"i was in good hands".. Lol good lady. Helped me and got me out feeling way better than I mentally did before going in. 4 stars for me.
I received great care at this facility. This staff was very wonderful, This goes to everyone that worked on 10/22/23.
