Place was overpriced for the extremely small square footage, especially for having no amenities. The washers and dryers constantly break down, leak water everywhere, and eat your quarters. The complex developed a roach infestation from one of the other tenants and it was treated very casually, spraying units only as complaints were called in rather than the entire building. I moved in May 15, 2021 to Unity View. I connected with Thomas at the website. He was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process of getting selected for one of these apartments. It has been a great experience . Boris is the maintenance man who is truly amazing when it comes to repairing and keeping up with requests. He is fast and efficient.

These apartments have a new manager Geralyn U. renting these out. I didn't get a response for over a week for my application and than when she denied me she didn't even give me a reason. No calls, no emails back!!! Just terrible communication all around. I spent over a 100$ with the application just to get no absolute answer what so ever. I have legal rights with applying to any apartment in the state of Minnesota and apparently she thinks that she doesn't have to give me a reason or my tenant screening for why I was denied.... read more
