This complex treats Seniors as if it was ran by a communist. The residents are talked to kindly until they move in. I would not recommend this residence to anyone especially seniors who are on a fixed monthly income to anyone. Until the Management treats residence with respect and doesnt act like a dictator or a communist building. He doesnt own anyone. The current manager.
I knew the manger from years ago,and he is the same now as he was then, a very mean man. he lies and is twofaced.i know people who live there and are scared to death to do anything for fear of being kicked out. Most of the people who live there have noplace else to live. They feel like they have to bowel down to him, and he exspects it. this is the sorriest place a person could attempt to live, you dont live there you are inprisioned there, they have 2 sets of rules, 1 for people he likes and 1 for people he does not like, everything i speak of i have seen first hand, my mother lived in this prision. the owner of this property is a very good person and i hope that he will see where he has a problem. people have told me things but afraid to talk to the manager afraid of being kicked out of the project, this is people that have lived there for 7 or more yrs, ... read more
