I am only giving this company one star because of the professionalism of the lady on the phone extended to me when I called very upset, I wish I remembered her name because she deserves a shout out. I ordered a part for a limo bus and it was immediately placed on back order. There was no follow up, phone call, email, or anything like that to tell me what was going on other than what I got the first day after my order.
