I had an allergic reaction and the stylist LiTedra made a professional call for me to leave the style in which resulted in significant hair loss. Initially I blamed myself because my gut told me to rinse it out. After I came to my senses I realized she was the professional in the situation. Cosmologists are trained, certified, and licensed to know how to respond when a client has an allergic reaction. I simply think she didn’t care.
