The haircut was what I got when I was 12 years old. When I tried to call about what could be done about the color they simply ignored my calls. The people are inexperienced and the receptionist is rude! There are plenty of salons in the area that will treat you much better. Fantastic Hair Cut I had been implementing if I should cut my hair short (bob cut) for about a year and my husband sent me to Salon Unity to see Heather for a hair cut. She was fantastic through the whole process. She made me feel comfortable, and at ease. I could never be more happier with my cut. Unfortunately it's a little costly for me to go every month but I will re-visit.
Great experience I drive over an hour just to go to this place to visit my hair dresser Jennifer. She's fantastic with color and cuts. And in comparison to other salons, its very reasonable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
talented staff with a bad first impression – the hairdressers are very modern, friendly and talented. however the front desk does not seem to mirror the same quality; communication and organization is lacking, ex. they arbitrarily cancelled my appointment, didn't notify me, and upon arriving for my supposed appointment, i waited for an additional hour only to be booked with a different hairdresser (which of course they didn't inform me of that either). i am a hairdresser, and though this is a sure-shot place to get a killer ... read more
