Nice building, plenty of parking, medical teams are the best in every speciality care clinic. The therapist are knowledgable & understanding. Check in is easy and scheduling appointments easy process.
Over 4 weeks ago, I reached out to schedule for Neurology appointment, they said it would have to go for my insurance, 2 weeks go by, I call them again to ask if my insurance covered and they told me it was covered but nobody reached out and told me except my insurance, they then told me I'd have to wait for another call for an appointment, I wait an additional 2 weeks with no further contact. Office staff very rude, impatient and not informative. Nothing they say is the same across the board. I spoke with a woman named Val and asked to speak to the manager Cheryl Arm and no response. Val wouldn’t even provide her name so that they could identify the correct employee in need of education or further more termination. They tell you that you will not be seen for months, however this is not true, the medical team reviews the referrals and there are always urgent/emergency appointments held for patients based on their ... read more
Dr. Zyloney and her staff are so kind and helpful at that office. She usually takes care of my chronic migraines.
Dr.Cullen and his team are top notch . Spends time understanding the issues and listens. I have my friends and family come to this office.
