Drs are AMAZING! But the staff, absolutely terrible. You will never receive call backs. You will never get important prescriptions you need filled. Basically anything you need over the phone is not going to happen.
So grateful for Unity! Lettie worked hard and diligently to get us established, she truly is amazing! Therapist, Ryan, is just who was needed, great communication and easy to talk to! Office staff were friendly and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!
I have not been there yet but I am making my appointment tomorrow I've heard nothing but good things. About every psychiatrist there I will write another review after the appointment... i know one thing.The intake lady miss Angel is one of the funniest and most polite people i've ever had the pleasure of speaking to... anyway, I will write another review after the appointment
Great place to come if your looking to start your mental health journey! They play encouraging music playing in lobby, the staff is friendly and welcoming, providers and therapists are compassionate and caring in my experience!
