When I called Unity Point Storage with questions before I rented a unit, Claudia answered the phone and was not only very professional, but extremely kind and thoughtful. Each time I communicated with her over the phone or email, her responses were very prompt, very professional, but also very sweet and kind. It was this personal touch that impressed me most. I am very happy with my storage unit and service here at unity pointe storage off of M72 west. The units are new and clean. You have 24/7 access with security cameras installed. They have lots of units available and is tucked back from the road which makes it more private which is always nice. They also keep up on snow removal. The owners are very easy to touch base with and nice. Great storage units for the west side of TC.
Best storage facility in Traverse City area 24/7 service, clean, secure and helpful office staff! Made my reservation online and was in my unit the same day.
