I genuinely don’t understand how this place charges luxury prices for work that looks nothing like the reference photo. I showed them EXACTLY what I wanted metallic blue glitter French tips with a sharp stiletto shape and somehow still walked out with bulky nails, the wrong color, and random rainbow gems that didn’t match the design at all. The lady told me beforehand they could do the look, then halfway through suddenly they “didn’t have” the right glitter and used some plain dark blue instead.
