Horrible service. Barely greeted us when we got there. Just pointed at truck and said keys are in it and walked away. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!! I should've took pictures of the condition of truck. The pictures online were no where near the condition of the truck. Looked at a white truck the was green from sitting with moss and whole truck was beat and rusted and didnt have any of the equipment ont the truck as pictured. Drove there with cash in hand and was a waste. Horrible experience. Equipment is over priced for condition.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a tow truck dealership. I inspected multiple tow trucks here, and every single one had serious issues. Nothing was clean, nothing was transparent, and nothing matched what you’d expect from a professional operation. They explicitly told us to disconnect the battery, claiming it was “just a battery issue.” Anyone with basic mechanical knowledge knows that disconnecting the battery clears stored vehicle data and error history.
