People are proffesional and extremely patience is shown through whole proccessing i highly recommend them.
Extremely helpful in educating my wife and I on fixing our credit, so that we would could qualify for a mtg. We did everything they told us to do and within 3 months we were ready. Mr. Felder basically held our hand through the whole process. If you want someone who will take the time to show you what you need to do to get a mortgage he is your guy. His son also helped us find two really great deals. Unfortunately we could only pick one. That was the only downside to this relationship.
The journey to buy a home has been 1 for the books but my amazing realtor Lucinda did an amazing job! She was there to answer every question we had and took every step to get us to closing. My LO Donte was The greatest of them all! He made sure everything was done efficiently and he does his job oh so well!!! When you’re ready to buy your home make sure you see them🗣 i promise you will not be disappointed at all!
