The worst place ever!… I caution you please do not bring your loved ones to this horrible out patient facility … the staff are rude and only in it for the money…and the program manager made my elderly grandmother leave the waiting room and wait outside during my appointment !!… there a plenty of respectable outpatient services in Rochester… Evelyn Brandon is not one of them !!!
Caring and courteous staff. The receptionists remember you by name. Like any mental health center it can be "interesting" at times depending on clients that are there for help. The therapists, doctors and facilitators are all very caring, helpful and interested in their patients. I would HIGHLY recommend them. If you are struggling with ANY mental health issues. Horrible Place Honestly No wonder young have the worst mental health issues
They kicked out my friend for no reason but because she enquired about PROS then chose not to switch. They are a mess and screwed up her Social Security hearing. And the care is terrible, expect to be on way too many meds until you die of side effects. Terrible care.
