I brought my mother her to establish a primary care provider. The primary purpose of the visit was to obtain a referral to have her cataracts removed. At the appointment, both the provider and the receptionist said the referral would be forthcoming. It has not. It is one month later. I have left 5 voicemails (no one ever answers the phone or apparently checks the voicemails) and two emails. No response.
