Long story short. They install poor quality granite that has been patched and repaired by them. They used a grinding tool to remove a scratch and damaged our granite. Tried to replace slab with a slab that was in worse shape than the original one. It also didn't match the counters. Jimmy the owner is so incredibly rude and disrespectful. WARNING!!! Unity Kitchen and Bath LLC is an unreliable and unprofessional company. All the trouble started when the installation crew showed up at our house. The dimensions for the counters were incorrect. So, to get the granite to fit, they cut the granite in the driveway and inside our house. The granite dust went throughout the house and took us hours to clean up! IN MY OPINION Absolutely horrible. Unsatifactory workmanship. Totally horrible customer relations. They do not honor their work. They do not call you back. They are rude to customer complaints. After months of dealing trying to resolve the problem, they informed us they have a right to take as long as they wish to handle our complaints and that we should do as we wish. Great company. My wife and I felt that they did an outstanding job on our kitchen. We had done a lot of comparison shopping before we chose Unity. Turned out to be a great decision. I would recomend them highly.
