This is by far the WORST experience I ever had with a hotel!!!! If I can give them 0 stars I would. Booked a reservation for 3 ppl 1 adult & 2 kids under 10. Lady yelled and told me to change my reservation and I was confused becuz I came earlier that day to speak with her and make sure everything was good. After telling them I came and they said everything was okay I was told to cancel my reservation. Staff is very rude and very confrontational. They need to shut this hotel down for health hazards. It’s unsafe, they don’t clean the rooms, management is rude, roaches and bugs in the rooms. Do not stay here, it’s not clean or safe. SHUT THIS HOTEL DOWN
No phones no parking and no customer service bad attitude older Indian couple rude as heck have to climb stairs TV suxks small old towels ONLY REASON I STAYED WAS IT ISTHE CHEAPEST CLOSE TO BEACH
Truly worst hotel experience in my life, first room smelled like weed and cigarettes second room we got snell like someone from a nursing home stayed there no offense and urinated and pooped everywhere we couldn’t even walk in. It’s 1:15 am in the morning and the front desk kicked us out because they said they didn’t have any more rooms
Horrible management and service! The owners/people running this dump of a hotel were rude. Run away from this place…not worth the cheap price…
