I purchased a house in Seward Alaska, with an associate of mine to use as income property. My “friend” turned out to be a crazy nut job and we needed to sell it so I could disassociate myself with the insanity. My husband and I worked with Megan and her team to purchase a lovely 5 acre parcel in Newport. Working with someone local who is intimately familiar with the area is a huge plus -- and that's Megan. And she even worked over the weekend to get our offer in, in this seller's market.
