After comparing two HVAC services for a thermostat installation, I noticed this technician spent extra time checking the wiring and explaining future maintenance, which the first company bypassed entirely. He wrapped up in about an hour and ensured everything was operational before he left.
Initially concerned about their pricing, I appreciated how they took the time to explain every step of the installation process and finished in just over three hours without any issues. Comparing to the previous company that left me waiting for parts, this experience was notably more efficient.
Fixed AC quickly during heatwave.
The problem turned out to be a defective thermostat, which the technician replaced and calibrated in about an hour. Compared to the last company we used, their pricing was competitive and they didn't try to upsell unnecessary services.
Compared to the last company we used for A/C maintenance, this technician took the time to check and clean each part of the system, wrapping up in about an hour and a half. His comprehensive approach gave us more confidence that no potential issues were overlooked.
