Absolutely the worst if you have 15 minutes to live and your 10 minutes from white county medical and 20 minutes from Cabot go to Cabot at the least you'll live for 15 minutes. Been there three times never any thing good, my wife is in ccu as I write this and I've been kicked out because visiting hours are over at 11:00pm when I was in my wife's room the so called care giver said I could only hold her hand one time and tell her that I'm here and it will be ok any more than I get kicked out. Yes wanted to say this hospital is one of the best in the state.. came in medical emergency,The ER team great job.. my personal Nurse Mason..on the 4 th floor.excellent job..thank you for your kindness and doing your job with great professionalism.and the Doctors, excellent job..the staff that did my scope..Mrs Karen RN thank you all Godbless .and To the ER team..The RN that got me stabilized.. Poor service. They leave you waiting in the waiting room for hours despite coming in by ambulance without checking vitals every so often. This is an emergency room I would not recommend to anyone. I've seen someone nearly die waiting for too long to be seen when Covid hit. I've had bad experience after bad experience and they simply DO NOT care. I would not go back even if I was dying

This place is trash. My mom waited 4 hrs and couldn't walk or stand with sharp stabbing 10 pain. While we were there a child with a broken arm sat so long they up and left. I heard a woman yelling in the back we been waiting 6 hrs you going to let my premature newborn die.... Other people were there 11 hrs+ & all they do is bring you in and do blood pressure after 4 hrs. No updates... Nothing. Reception 🤡s have no clue on anything. My mom was admitted for pneumonia They told her that she had covet. Another doctor examined her and ruled out pneumonia and said she didn't have covet.. 2 months later she died. Dose anybody at that damn place know what their doing? I was told that the place was steeling white blood cells from the patients and that , that was why some of them was dying . God have mercy on the souls of this hospital.

When a medical professional begins to believe that they know everything....it is at that moment that they become dangerous. The ER Staff are often new graduate RN's who have not had any experience or time on a MED SURGE floor learning. I had a stroke and the triage nurse had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to be seen for me leg pain. The ER STAFF will most likely be the cause of many lives lost. They need to get it together!!!!!

I had a pizza delivery to some of the staff and was directed to go in through the er and leave it there. I told a red headed bigger lady that I was delivering it for so and so and she told me “I’m sorry, I work in a hospital, not grubhub” that pissed me off. She’s an entitled bitch who does not deserve a job there. She was very rude and did not help me at all.
