The people who schedule appointments in this rehabilitation office in this building moved an appointment without permission of the client. Then continued to tell us because we were a few minutes late when we got last minute notice about the change that we couldn't get in at all and instead told us we'd have to drive all the way back out here( 1 hr 15min) the next day. Apparently you MUST be 15 min early or else you can't get into your appointment at all. One of the ladies at the desk was also working obviously sick, very unp... read more
