The receptionists here are extremely rude and every interaction I’ve had with the office staff has been a very unpleasant experience. They are always argumentative right off the bat and trying to get anything accomplished with this practice is a huge hassle. They always give you the runaround. For example, they literally refuse to communicate with pharmacies and will also cancel longstanding appointments with no explanation while acting like they’re ones being inconvenienced.
