I have been seen by Dr. David Johnson for over 2¹/² decades. He listens to me and is considerate about my concerns. He orders the indicated tests and exams. When we have gone to his office without an appointment he has always taken the time to see us. He is awesome!
Their emergency department will get you killed, my experience and my advice is to go elsewhere
I had terrible issues there a couple months ago. They said we didn’t ever send in a request for having them get records from my previous clinic. But we did 3 weeks before we were told that, as well as the Dr. said they would send it in right after my appt. They also said my mom was not my legal guardian so she couldn’t get a new request. Which my mom is my legal guardian. I came out crying upset at them since they would not get my records at all for me to go to school. Plus, they treated me not right. I have had three different types of surgery done by doctors in this building and physical therapy and I can honestly say that they have all done a great job of taking care of me and my health . Two shoulders and a foot , recovering now from the foot surgery and the doctor was very honest about the pain I would have and he done what he said he would do, I highly recommend unity health to anyone .
The staff and doctors are outstanding but the facilities team are a complete failure. The exam rooms are dirty, especially the floors and baseboards. I counted 3 spiders in the pediatric exam room today. Am I that old fashioned that I shouldn't expect cleanliness in a physician's exam room?
