I was prescribed physical therapy for my hand and lower back. The PTs that came to my home were delightful and eager to help with my problems.. when I needed xrays the technicians were also sent to my home and took the needed xrays... the care was great and I really enjoyed my time with all my PTs.. thank you. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely under no circumstance would I ever use unity home health care. My uncle had a catheter taken out at 10 AM. Meredith the nurse was supposed to come back at 1 PM to put the catheter back in and failed to do so. Her reasoning “Well no one called me so I assumed he peed”, we all know what assuming means.
