The absolute worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. As another person stated, they don’t have email, so they wanted my orthodontist to fax over my X-rays which can’t be done because the file size is massive. After going back-and-forth on how they need to get the x-rays from the orthodontist they informed me that I need to set up an appointment to be seen first and reestablish being a patient there since I hadn’t been there in three years. I might be out of touch here, but I called to request a copy of my medical records. As expected, the office says I have to fill out a medical record request form. When I asked for the form, they asked for my address for them to mail it. I explained that I live out of state and asked if they could just email it to me, so I can scan it back. Simple right? The person on the phone says, "No...we don't... have email". Confused, I say, "Your office doesn't have email??". Their response again was "We don't have email". I instantly ... read more
They are more concerned with milking your insurance provider than providing care. They lie and do whatever they can to charge as much as possible…but do not provide any answers. They don’t know what they’re doing and I consider these “doctors” to be the EPITOME of the problem with the US health insurance industry. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME VISITING THESE INCOMPETENT SCAM ARTISTS
I have been a patient there for about 18 years. The appointments take a little longer since it is a teaching practice but you also get that much more attention. You always see at least two doctors and they don't hurry to a diagnosis. I have never felt like a doctor at this office wasn't paying attention.
All the negative reviews are 100% correct. This is the absolute worst healthcare office- across the board. The secretary's and anyone who answers the phone is consistently miserable and the physicians are incompetent. Go ANYWHERE else.
