Therapist I booked with had two emergencies in a week--one where she didn't communicate to me she wouldn't be joining our first meeting via telehealth. Didn't seem eager to help nor did she respect my time on Saturday, so had to ask Brooke to help me with a list of new therapist recommendations. Not a good impression of the one, but Brooke was great. Unfortunately she does not specialize in trauma or emdr so would have gone with her otherwise moving forward.
