I have been with Unity Counseling since October of 2023, and they have been accepting, approachable, and communicative the entire time. After contacting many local therapists through "official" insurance channels and receiving no responses from any of them (not even a "we're full at this time"), Megan responded to my e-mail expressing an interest within 3 hours with helpful information, and I was able to setup an appointment with Angel within a week (these timescales may vary, of course).
