They do not let support person in and not friendly they do not listen to what the person needs help with and believe anything people say
Wonderful counselors and very polite front desk, but do not try to get a psych eval here. They will leave you waiting months for the appointment and then cancel day-of because they're "not in the office" that day despite having it scheduled for MONTHS. Three eval's canceled in a row, without notifying me that it was canceled until I was in the building for the appointment.
Excellent experience!! I attend a group meeting on Friday through Zoom app. and also in person therapy. I highly recommend this place. Thank you! Poor service and help here basically a do nothing policy for them literally been waiting for appointment for over 2. Weeks they’re too busy for me I guess ? Will update when my complaint is responded to however long that it who knows. EDIT : they responded and everything is fine now I’m still confused why I was completely ignored for almost a month but it’s okay the counselors are very nice and helpful here.
