I just brought my two year old to this clinic today, and they were fantastic. The front desk staff is friendly and personable, the dental assistant is cheerful and sweet, and the dentist was informative, while taking extra time to address our questions and concerns. Somehow, she even managed to do the exam without my kiddo going nuts; a true miracle. I can't say enough great things about our first experience with them, and am grateful to have them as "our" dentist office!
Really nice staff
My son has tried going in for a teeth cleaning and check up and 3 times his scheduled appointment has been cancelled due to mis-scheduling, down computers, and not having a hygienist that day. Never did we receive a phone call they just choose to tell us after we drive there from another town. Gas is getting expensive, our schedules are also tight, and just because we are on government insurance that shouldn’t mean we should get treated as less important than any other patient by a dental clinic.
