As a case manager here at HMH, I was notified that this agency took over from another HHC agency after they failed to provide great wound care which included a wound vac. Unity Care came in and provided excellent care as recommended by one of our surgeons here at HMH. It's good to know there are great HHC agencies that we can depend on to provide great care in the home setting. I will pass on that this agency does a great job when it comes to patient's with wounds.
