3 hours for an oil change. Nothing was explained about my truck. Good, bad, needs work. Nothing! I have been coming here for years and I purchased my vehicle from here. The service has changed over the years.
I had many problems in the beginning. When I was first checking out the car, I realized it had a screw in the tire. They put a plug in that tire and it leaked for 6 months until I got new tires. When it came down to the finance part, we thought everything was fine. Reggie put together my plan, and when I look over the numbers, I see that there was an EXTRA 2,000$ added onto it. Had to take my car in for service, needed a loaner. Although through the process you have to deal with 3 different people the cashier Cherry Lembhard was great, she got me in and out quickly and accommodated me by stayed late when I was dropping off my car cause I was running late.
