I have to say, Unity Chevrolet has a wonderful team. This has been the one experience with a dealer that didn't feel transactional. I needed to see why the front left side of my Cadillac was scraping the road during right turns and also diagnose a small rattling noise on the front right side (possible loose backing plate). I had to wait a week to find an available appointment time. That was fine though since I wanted to make sure it was diagnosed correctly and it was easy to make the appointment through their website.
