I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so other parents can make an informed decision. I paid $111 for my daughter’s braided style, and within just two days her hair looked like it had been done weeks earlier. The braids were already unraveling, her entire head was extremely fuzzy, and every single bead had fallen out. Natasha was absolutely wonderful. The service was impeccable. Her attitude was very friendly. She was very knowledgeable. She shared with me what I should I shouldn’t do with my hair and overall experience was amazing.
I have been going to Natasha for years now! What I love about her is her willingness to do whatever it is I need to feel my best. Her advice for my hair health has made me feel more confident in my hair. I trust that she will do what is best for me given my routine and I trust that she personalizes everything for me. My experience at this salon was extremely negative. The owner, Mrs. Daley (formerly Younge from the Bronx), was not only rude and unprofessional, but also openly expressed racist views during my visit. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any business, especially one that serves the public. On top of the offensive atmosphere, the haircut I received was poorly done — rushed, careless, and far from what I had requested.
