Natasha was absolutely wonderful. The service was impeccable. Her attitude was very friendly. She was very knowledgeable. She shared with me what I should I shouldn’t do with my hair and overall experience was amazing.
I have been going to Natasha for years now! What I love about her is her willingness to do whatever it is I need to feel my best. My experience at this salon was extremely negative. The owner, Mrs. Daley (formerly Younge from the Bronx), was not only rude and unprofessional, but also openly expressed racist views during my visit. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any business, especially one that serves the public. On top of the offensive atmosphere, the haircut I received was poorly done — rushed, careless, and far from what I had requested. Natasha is extremely professional and an expert in her field. She specializes in consulting to help you make the best decisions for your hair. She never makes you feel rushed and has a flexible scheduling system. She knows what to do with natural hair. Highly recommended and appreciated
