Great customer service always friendly!
Awful experience so far. Received offer to open account, was interested in a smaller regional bank so I did. Opened online. Nowhere to enter offer code, so I had to call, talk to Support and get that fixed. Fine. Then waited a month for debit card, called in to Support, they forgot to send me one. Waiting more. Then did a direct deposit and tried to transfer some money out. Did verification successfully, then got cryptic "hold" message and told to email them or call. I was introduced to an employee from Easton branch. I was told good things about Unity bank, I should figures another bank that just wants your money and terrible service. I opened the business account.
