Went on a Sunday and Noone was there. Was showing it was onen but just 3 or 4 cars in the parking lot waiting to see if anyone would show up.
Brian is wonderful he explains things and makes you feel very comfortable. Amy as well is wonderful. Thank you all
Had to visit urgent care after hours for a sick infant. Only two patients in the lobby but took more than 2 hours of waiting. No explanation for the wait was provided. The quality of service for WCMC has seriously deteriorated since becoming Unity Health. If you are reading this review and your health is such that you are able to do yourself a favor and get treatment in Jacksonville or Little Rock.
