Been a member for over a decade. They have been on the decline since 2020 in a number of ways. Closing their downtown branch has made for a lot of inconveniance for many I imagine. Their automated phone teller being shelved at the beginning of 2024 was another huge inconvenience. More personally related they dropped the ball on mailing out a replacement for an expired debit card earlier in the year and most recently, as in today, I was met with a fair amount of indignation from two representatives over the phone as I tried t... read more

I have been with Unitus Community Credit Union since 1987 and I have never had such personable and amazing customer service as I have from Irena at the Multnomah branch here in Oregon When I have any issues, she always has a solution and is kind and respectful and I walk out a happy customer every time.
