Had a really awful experience with Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Came here and they were so nice. They walked me through how to transfer everything over. It's been three years and I'm still pretty happy. The one issue I do have their limits. Their send money system is extremely limited, and I was having withdrawal/send money limit errors nonstop. They don't have Zelle, so my workaround was to transfer money to a national bank to use Zelle though there.
This branch is consistently accurate , polite and efficient. I drive to do business with them . Jeannie
Tellers dismissed me as either stupid or a liar when I pointed out an issue with the ATM. My wife and I deposited money into savings and checking using the ATM in one transaction. Since it was imperative that the deposit to checking hit the account we double checked the deposit and found that all deposits went to savings. Later, we went inside to transfer funds to the proper account and to describe to the tellers how the transaction was made in the machine yet the money went to only one account.
