I have an auto loan through Unitus and every month since purchasing my vehicle in March 2024 there’s been an issue, auto pay not coming out on the correct time, inconsistencies from customer service on getting it adjusted and repeatedly having my payment taken out a second time during the month leading to fees with my bank because I did not have the funds for a second payment. I intend on refinancing my vehicle and avoiding banking with unitus if at all possible in the future and share these issues with my friends and family... read more
My dad has been banking with Unitus for years and he absolutely loves it , a few weeks ago he went to North Williams branch and luciana helped him and my mom to make a large withdrawal since we are permanently moving to Mexico ,she was really helpful and made the process very simple and easy.
