So far so good!!! Way more informative than Pods who after two hours finally asked the dimensions of my driveway and I had to cxl my order! UNITS team has been friendly communicative and helpful . I will write more after items have been delivered. And the great service just keeps on going! Super professional and FRIENDLY staff at all levels- customer service as well as drivers ( thanks Tony!). Next stop deliveries in a month or so- stay tuned.
Responsive customer service. Convenient texting with updates on where driver is with tracking site and phone number of driver. 2nd time using them for large commercial install projects.
