These people are dishonest businessmen. If you need moving and storage you would be wise to skip these people. We moved from NC to Charleston and used two of their units for the move and storage. When the driver picked up my unit after we unloaded it he ran over my mailbox. He did come tell me about it and said they would take care of it. Here's where the customer service went away.
