With my recent move we used Units storage of Raleigh. We used 4 16 ft pods. It could not have been smoother. The delivery staff and customer support were delightful to deal with. I had a somewhat complicated ask with pods being delivered to different addresses along with onsite storage. They made my move as stress free as possible. I would definitely would use them again.

These people are fraudsters. They charged my credit card 4 times without authorization. They kept making these small charges until they emptied my account. Now they are unresponsive. I was only 4 days (2 days if you exclude the weekend) late due to a delay with payroll. I spoke to them about it twice during this period of time and they still did this.

The unit was Very clean and closed tightly Delivery, pickup and removal was on time. Drivers were friendly and helpful. Thanks
