I was hired by your marketing team to do advertising for you, however your spa decided not to pay me my money and gave me a million different stories for not paying me. I would never recommend your spa. When u can't be honest with people, you can't be good at treating their skin either. And please safe me your reply. I don't need to hear anything. However I wanted your customers to know what kind of people you are.
Unacceptable service. I have been calling to make appointment for the services, I have paid for, a year and half ago and their phone goes to voicemail with no option to leave a message. Very unprofessional.

It is sad that the management has no ethics and is morally corrupted. Being involved in dubious and illegal billing procedures, the management is not interested in any real customer care, just pure profit at any cost. Treating business associates like dirt and deeply fraudulent, it has made a profit at the expense of others.
