If you are using this company for NILS, BEWARE. The absolute worst communication and we have been waiting over 2 weeks since approval for my partner’s car service fee to be transferred to our service provider. We have been without our car for two days and cannot get it back until you guys decide to pull your finger out. Communicate issues when you find them not after we call you 30 times to find out what is going on!!!! Disgusting for a service that helps people in FINANCIAL HARDSHIP.
