I lauraine ford, would just like to say how helpful all the staff administrators down to workers whom care for us,I am very grateful for what is done for me they go out of their way to help Nothing is to much bother for them, I am very happy with the care I receive only to grateful,keep up the great work guys & girls Lauraine Ford
I find the two DA workers, the RN and the mower/ handyman are excellent people. As far as the Scheduling, administration is concerned it's hopeless.
Very disappointed in the decline in service. No longer seem to be able to consistently provide the same caregivers. Constant changes in personnel. Have been unable to rectify an incorrect charge on my wife's account since February 2025. Lots of apologies, and promises that the incorrect charge will be reversed "this month", but no result after six months. Time for a change! Bye Bye Uniting.😒
