I find the two DA workers, the RN and the mower/ handyman are excellent people. As far as the Scheduling, administration is concerned it's hopeless.
Very disappointed in the decline in service. No longer seem to be able to consistently provide the same caregivers. Constant changes in personnel. Have been unable to rectify an incorrect charge on my wife's account since February 2025. Lots of apologies, and promises that the incorrect charge will be reversed "this month", but no result after six months. Time for a change! Bye Bye Uniting.😒
