Did not properly clean out the vent space which meant dust will keep circulating. Did not rinse out the filter with water just a quick dust off. Took a phone call to his work but should have delayed that until after my job. Unitests did explain before I booked that l would require 2 separate tradesmen to service the heating and cooling systems which was inconvenient but l accepted due to their explanation that a separate license/qualification is required for each component and l won’t find someone else who can do both servic... read more

The plumber that serviced the heater did a very thorough job, unlike previous services by other companies. Will definitely use Unitests again.
