Terrific people to deal with. Reliable, friendly and proficient tradesmen who carried out the installation of a new evaporative cooling system with the minimum of fuss. I definitely recommend Unitests and would confidently use them again.
Patricia is very good customer service and provides clear details about the jobs needed to be done and how to save customers money. Josh came promptly on appointment date and performed good service on both heater and air conditioner, he answered and explained all my concerns. I would use this company again.
We had Josh come to check out our old Vulcan central heater and our Heat and Glo fireplace which were not working. He managed to get them both working. He was on time polite and helpful and we were pleased. Unfortunately the fix on the old Vulcan proved temporary; not his fault. The Heat and Glo is working well. Thanks.
