I’ve dealt with Unitests for the past few years regarding maintenance and eventually a new heating unit. Fantastic customer service every time. Highly recommended
Josh was on time very efficient and friendly. He carried out the service call explaining what he was doing and photographed the problem. Then proceeded to fix the problem.
Quick efficient and friendly
Needed 2 gas log fires serviced. One had a broken fan, quite complicated and awkward repair. Very well organised service throughout. Great communication and booking (thanks Patricia), set clear expectations and the service person (Josh) did a great job and was ultra friendly. Can fully recommend this service organisation.
Unitest we fantastic to deal with! They were punctual, well-presented and very professional. The technician that came was very well spoken and was able to provide an efficient service to the Hot Water Unit and Hydronic system.
