Great friendly service. Super easy to book, service guy arrived on time and provided notice of his arrival. Got the job done quickly with minimal fuss and cleaned up after himself. Would recommend and use again.
Josh from Unitests serviced our central heating and was fantastic from start to finish. His communication was clear and prompt, and the service call charge was very reasonable. He demonstrated impressive product knowledge, quickly identifying an issue that had been missed during a previous service. Highly recommend — professional, thorough, and great to deal with.
Tech was honestly very arrogant and damaged my carpet and walls. While he did do the job I just expected a little more courtesy for a $400 visit.
So I was told the call out fee of $300 would also include a full service of our central heating. The technician arrives after 10 minutes in our roof says you need a new unit and we will send you quotes. They still charged me $300 dollars. No “full service” and I haven’t received any quotes after 2 weeks. Then they send me a link saying “you’ll get a free bottle of wine for a great review”. No wonder they have great reviews online lol. Absolute joke. Don’t hire these guys.
