Called me 22 times in one day refuses to remove my number out of their phone after repeated request hangs up in my face after I request for it to be taken off and then call me right back from another Robo number from a different state. Do not trust these people they’re stealing your information and selling it.

Generally it’s a good health insurance . They use optum care here in Las Vegas which is subpar this year . They do not have enough primary doctors to choose from . Out of 20 online offering “ we accept new patients “ only two do . I saw one this year who informed me that despite offering new patience acceptance only two do . I wasted a month with seeing that on after waiting only to have to wait till May to see another one . In the meantime all the tests I did for a referral to a specialist have to be redone . My Dr. Ezeanolue is very good and her health care support group are great. I hate the long line and wait time to be checked in, but everyone treated me well. I just wish the process was faster and wait time shorter. This is also the problem with Quest Diagnosis in the same building, convenient but long waits!
