My Dr. Ezeanolue is very good and her health care support group are great. I hate the long line and wait time to be checked in, but everyone treated me well. I just wish the process was faster and wait time shorter. This is also the problem with Quest Diagnosis in the same building, convenient but long waits!
Can not get anyone with knowledge of how to get to Safe Ride directly. I've spent over 2 hours this morning to try to find someone to help me. All they do is transfer me to another person who asks for all my personal information AGAIN! I m on my 7 th time trying to find someone to help me. This system sucks & I can't get ahold of a supervisor or manager to help me!!!
Im very displeased with this medicare healthplan..after UHC approved my dental, I received a crown for my front tooth. Shortly thereafter I changed my healthplan, and UHC did not pay the dentist & now they're trying to bill ME almost $800..
