I am sorry to anyone working at this location, but I have to voice this somewhere. UHC is predatory and dishonest. I had a routine check up for an infection. By the definition of the type of service they classified it as, I owed the full amount under the deductible. No copay, no assistance. Full amount. I plan to cancel. Businesses signing up employees have to be the only thing keeping them in business. Unreal.
I HATE having to call them for ANYTHING!! I haven't changed providers because of the hassel but I'm ready. Just tried to call and had to deal with the AI operator who should lose his job immediately. I'm just done trying to make this work. Just sad.
Don’t get an individual plan with united healthcare they took my first payment out of my chase account and is saying they never received it. I have proof on my back statement and receipt saying they received it. They don’t care about you as an individual.
Terrible health insurance. Go with BlueCross instead. I signed up for the maximum coverage and the highest premium. They don't answer the phone. Online chat is a bot which doesn't understand English. Non-US based "customer service." Spent 3 hours on hold and getting shuffled around tonight and no one has an answer to a simple question.
