Stuck with this insurance through my employer. I have spent all day trying to find a primary care physician that actually accepts them. They have perfected taking money and not paying for anything by having no doctors that use them.
First, one must ask HOW UnitedHealthcare is still in business as a healthcare insurance company? Why do I ask this question? Well, you can preview the plethora of 1 star reviews online, which this company doesn't deserve even one star. People pay out the wazoo to have United Healthcare insurance coverage, and this company perpetually refuses to pay. They welcome people to appeal, only to deny the claims time and again. So this one star is about the U-card and its rewards. I lost my original number and email from 2013 and so there's no resetting that log in after calling the help lines every year when those reenrollement letters come in the mail its just that Krystal phone operator lady saying call your people and fix it and then laughs and hangs up just like those dentist charging $800 for cavity fillings in 2026 people wake up!
The absolute worse healthcare coverage I have ever had. They charged $1100 a month and barely covered or approved coverage for anything. Thank God my Medicare started so I could leave UHC. No wonder their CEO was gunned down.
