Worst customer experience ever. Agent passive aggressively laughed when asking for simple help. This companies culture seems so toxic.
Stuck with this insurance through my employer. I have spent all day trying to find a primary care physician that actually accepts them. They have perfected taking money and not paying for anything by having no doctors that use them.
First, one must ask HOW UnitedHealthcare is still in business as a healthcare insurance company? Why do I ask this question? Well, you can preview the plethora of 1 star reviews online, which this company doesn't deserve even one star.
