United Healthcare is awful. I had to wait a year and a half to to see an endocrinologist. Then sent my lab work to the hospital. The bill is 245.00. Went to 5 different gp and they know nothing about thyroid issues. Ugh. But there CFO can make millions and could careless about anybody but himself. He needs to take a huge pay cut and see how the rest of us live. If i could give it a zero i would. Do better UHC.
I'm giving only one star because I have to provide at least one to post. This is one more than I would give. I have been working on getting my employer's claims reimbursed for five months now. After being repeatedly told that the super bill was missing information (incomplete/incorrect CPT code) and they would contact the provider to have them fixed, I finally looked up the CPT codes they said were wrong (after EIGHT CALLS) to realize that UHC had the correct information all along. Denied my grandma's surgery that has been in the works for at least 3 months now with pre surgery appointments. They denied the claim a day before surgery. I'm blown away at their negligence towards those who rely on them to make them comfortable.

Have been trying cancel for my policy for literal days. Operators keep transferring to different call centers. Really extremely unprofessional and rude call center operators that barely speak English with what sound like rooster farms in the background. Absolute joke of a company.
