I have used the service for about 7 years or more to forward calls to my cell from an old landline. Once set up it was seamless and needed no involvement from me at all. Very efficient. I am closing the account for no. other reason than their work is done, any business associates or clients now have my new number. If I have to use this type of service again, I will go back to United World Telecom.

Great service! They are incredibly fast to resolve customer service related issues. I needed to cancel my virtual number as I no longer needed it, and it was done in lees than a minute.

We have been looking for a virtual solution to offer our customers a local number in Japan and always hitting roadblocks. I was able to set up United World Telecom so quickly and any time I had questions Gonzalo and the team offered almost immediate support. Have been testing this week and has all been working perfectly and exactly as we need.

Used this service when my business partner and I were in the UK and needed a US cell to forward to my number to keep costs local for US clients. Liked that my partner and I could share the same number and my UK number was default for diverted to him if I didn’t answer and then failing that a voice message. We could both get emails of the texts and messages to our shared business mailbox. Good service support whenever we needed it. Got for a UK employee too. Value for money service.
