Today was incredibly refreshing. Russell who is the owner actually comes out and is the one doing the work . He has over 20 years of experience and was very thorough. I loved it. None of that changed anything in how he worked and how detailed he was . They stayed at our house several hours , and made sure everything was complete and done to a standard of excellence. I’ve been using United Works for a couple years now and the experience has been nothing but positive! Like all businesses, staffing one can be the most challenging aspect but Russell has always been excellent to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and fair. Russel, the owner has been incredible. He has come to our home personally to assist with multiple pest control needs. Great with communication and follow-through. I really appreciate his intentionality with his customers and his responsiveness. Highly recommend to anyone!
The owner is a nice guy, knowledgeable, and thorough. However, his office staff is terrible. After I closed on my home, the previous owner had agreed to pay for the termite bond but this company kept billing me constantly for over six months. They kept saying they were going to take care of it and I shouldn't be receiving any more bills. The next year passed and I didn't use them. Instead I used someone else.
