As a professional appraiser, I have worked with countless lenders over the years, but my experience with United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) was by far the most appalling and inhumane I have ever encountered. Do not EVER use this mortgage company. They have failed to pay insurance premiums so they can charge triple for theirs. They have been called and emailed. Can never get a human. They will not respond to any emails. This place is a joke/scam.
