I would give 0 stars if I could. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company. The staff was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about customers at all. The process was confusing and frustrating, and I was left feeling misled and taken advantage of.
