Go anywhere else where the higher ups care about their employees and give an actual good service. Waste of land in Pontiac that should be shutdown and repurposed
we're having the worst time with UWM right now. we had an underwriter say to our loan officer before this transaction that we had a system and plan in place to use rental income for her properties to qualify for this new property, and they have since walked it back and changed that even though we have recorded calls showing otherwise. Really tough to work with and recommend a company that literally goes back on their word and not what I expected having worked with UWM in the past. hoping we can resolve this
