Extremely Unprofessional and Disorganized Company I clearly stated from the beginning that my escrow does not include insurance, yet UWM Mortgage went ahead and paid my insurance anyway — and now they’re charging me back monthly with interest! I’ve called them countless times over the last four months, sent emails every single week (sometimes 2–3 times a day), and every representative I’ve spoken with has given me different and inaccurate information. Stay Away From This Company. Hadi did a hard pull on my credit without permission. I agreed to a soft pull but he did it anyway. Then argued it doesn’t hurt my score and would be gone after 45 days. He clearly doesn’t understand how credit works. That will be on my report for 2 years. Also dropped my score 5 points for no reason. Clueless and doesn’t care about customers.

This company is harassing me and repeatedly calling me. Will not take no for an answer. They purchased my information from the credit bureau from what I'm being told and I am receiving 100s of calls per day. This is out of control
