I rather keep my comments to myself, but the experience with this lender was not anything I expected when you trusted someone to help guide you through the way.
My wife and I had plans to remodel our kitchen. I called Shelby to talk about the idea of a cash out refi to see if it made sense. Ultimately we did refi, but more so to reduce our rate and monthly payments. Shelby and his team did a great job of keeping me in the loop through the process and even following up with regular communication post sale to make sure we understand everything and that everything is still going well. We also finished the kitchen. 😁🙌
I was in the process of refinancing with another company and my friend told me to stop because she was certain Shelby and Peter could get me a better deal. Sure enough...they DID! So I was happy I took my friend’s advice. They made the process so easy and the money savings made it extra worth it. Both of these guys are great guys and it was the best experience I’ve ever had refinancing.

I've had less than stellar experiences with salesmen of all types and sizes, and this was not an exception. Now, I realize that my particular situation was unique in certain senses and maybe I asked too many questions, but that really shouldn't be a problem for a salesman to field.
